how to manager different e-mail accounts

we just purchased a new computer and are now using windows office 2007, in
our old outlook we were able to have different e-mail accounts access them
separatelly, I can't seem to figure out how to do tat on this new system

hope someone can help.
 
What version of Outlook were you using previously? Are the different
accounts for different users or all for one person?
 
no clue, but I know it was very very old; we have different users for
different accounts. but do share one account.
