Using XP Home, one can easily make folders private, but can one make a whole
drive (not C:\) private to just one User?

Interesting effect, it hid the drive from the first User, but not the other
Users on the Computer. I don't need to hide the drive, just make it private
to one user (the Administrator, if that helps). Any ideas?

If you want to try an off-the-board solution, try the freeware program
"Truecrypt". It can make a whole partition private, mountable with a
passphrase.

Not by "making private" but by assigning security restrictions.

Be careful! You can lock everyone, including the Adminstrator account
out! Assign the restricted permissions to the actual USER you want
locked out, not the Users group. Administrator is a member of the Users
group and if you apply the restrictions to the Users group EVERYONE is
locked out.
