Set folders private, roll back

win XP home. I've set admin account and password. During setting admin
account, there where 2 options: set my folders private so that only In have
access to it, or not. I selected set folders private, and windows start
settings permissions. Then I decided cancel this option - roll back to
default permission(folders not private). How can I roll back this? I.e. set
only admin account, and do not set folders private.
Is this via
C:\Documents and Settings\User > right click ->Properties -> Sharing ->
uncheck "make this folder private"?

When windows set permissions for user, does it write in registry settings
for each folder inside my user profile include My Documents and its
subfolders, etc? Is the playing with folder permissions(setting folders
private, then roll back) harmless for systems?(since windows write vaste
quantity of registry entries for every folder)

thanks.

It does not write to the registry, but configures the folder permissions accordingly.

Correct! Simply unchecking it would do the trick. In case the checkbox is greyed out, see here:
