Make folders on flash drive private.

Seems that to make flash drive folders private they require to be formatted
in NTFS which doesn't seem to be an option.

How can I either password protect or otherwise secure my 2gb Toshiba flash
drive so that no one else can access it without my consent?

Try the freeware program Truecrypt.
Read the manual chapter on "Traveler Mode"
