How to make outlook clear the Temporary Internet Files\OLK# folder

I understand that outlook will save the opened attachments to the temporary
internet files\OLK# folders. It occupies quite a lot of space once a while
and instead of deleting it manually, is there a way to make outlook clear it
regularly?
