How to make Outlook 2000 Address Book list Last Name first ?

There are no names in Outlook Address Book. All names are in Contacts. How
should it be set up ? Contacts will not list by Last Name first. How can I
fix that ?

See if there's a setting for that here: Tools menu > Services > Highlight
Outlook Address Book service > Click Properties
