How to make meeting requests show in a different color than accepted meetings in Outlook

Is there a way to make unaccepted meeting requests show in a different color than accepted meeting. This works on my iPhone but I can't figure out how to make it work in Outlook.

Tentative appointments in the calendar should have hash marks. Otherwise,
you could create a custom view that displayed tentative appointments in a
color. (It won't work if they have a color category assigned.)
