how to make a scsi driver disk?

I am trying to install windows xp (64 bit) onto an IDE hard drive. I
press F6 when loading the cd to install additional SCSI drivers...

I download the 64 driver file from my mother board company, but can not
get it to install properly.

how do i make this scsi driver boot disk?

please help! thank you!

Generally you'll only need the driver on the floppy. The files named
oemsetup.inf, txtsetup.oem, and the *.sys file for your controller.

Don't understand. My understanding of F6 is for loading a driver prior to
XP installation, and, the driver is needed for XP to use the device or
interface during installation. If not needed during this process, the
driver can be loaded after the installation.
