how to keep outlook download

i have avery large email in GAWAB.COM and it full. i can't keep outlook to
download the hole email. if it stoped by one reason or other it will re
download from the bigning.
please i need your help

Use a web mail interface if you can to read the message on the server and
then delete it. You can certainly try increasing your server timeout value,
on the Advanced tab of your account properties pages.
