How to keep email on both web and outlook today

Hi! i just gotten the microsoft outlook today.

Basically after i download the emails on the computer, the same emails
disappears from the web.

how do i keep emails that is accessible on both web and outlook?

There is an option in the advanced settings of your mail account in
Outlook behalf "Leave copy of all messages on server" (or similar).
