How to junk filter domain names vs specific email addresses?

How do I add junk filters for entire domains verses specific email addresses?
I get spam and would like to add the domain names to filter out the stuff.

Example: spam sent to me and added to junk filter has the entire email
address. Is it correct to just use the @domainame to filter all emails
from the all users within that domain????

Thanks
