how to install or run Briefcase from XP home / Pro

Hello,

I cannot seem to find Briefcase on my XP home computer.
I cant find it on my XP Pro either (but Pro has the "make
files avail offline" option, so its not an issue there.

Can SOMEONE please tell me how to run Briefcase (there is
no shortcut Anywhere) or Install it if necessary

1. Open XP's "Help and Support" program.
2. In the Search box type: BRIEFCASE , and hit enter.
3. Click on the task titled: "Create a new Briefcase".
