Windows XP How to install licence on W2K Server

We have 10 CALs for W2K server. After our server crash and a fresh install, I need to install licences for server.

Can someone pls help me understand Per Server & Per Seat licences. All I know is we have 10 computers and same number of users using them. I'm getting licencing error logs in event viewer.

Please take a time and read this article.
I can't help you on my own because I don't understand it either. But sometimes what we read teaches us so...
