how to install a login warning banner on XP

Hi,
Anyone know how to install a login warning banner
(ie. "this computer belongs to....no un authorized users
allowed) that comes up just prior to the user/password
screen on XP? I can do it on Win 95/98 just fine in
regedit, but when I did the same in XP, nothing happened.

Open Administrative tools, In the local local security
policy under security options, you can create an
interactive logon message for users attempting to log in
to your PC.

Start > Run > Regedit.exe. Navigate to and modify as desired:

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\LegalNoticeCaption

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\LegalNoticeText.
