How to import from OE Mail Backup File to Outlook

Hi, I followed online instructions for creating a backup of all my Outlook
Express files; I have a file with all my messages &address book - they are
..dbx files (other than the address book which is excel.) Now my computer died
and can't access anything. I want to use Outlook on my new computer. How do I
import from my OE mail backup file?

Firstly import your OE data to OE (or Windows Mail if you have Vista) on the
new computer, then EXPORT to Outlook.
