How to import emails from TheBat into MS Outlook

I was wondering whether there is a nice and easy way to import messages that
I have received using TheBat into MS Outlook...

What formats does The Bat support for export? If .txt files or .csv files,
then you can import them into Outlook. I would ask the vendor of The Bat
for this information.
