How to migrate from TheBat to Outlook

Does anybody know how to import TheBat messages or folders into Outlook ?

Thank you in advance for sharing your experience.
 
Can TheBat export to a file, and if so, what file types can it export to?

http://www.slipstick.com/config/convmsg.htm - near the bottom is ForMorph
which is supposed to work with TheBat. There may be others in the list.
