How to I print out Outlook 2007 calendar searches?

I recently upgraded to Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 and I cannot find a way
to print out a list produced by searching my calendar. I have coded certain
appointments in my Outlook calendar with common subject headers. I then
search my calendar for a certain subject header and it will produce a listing
of those appointments. This listing gives me all of the subject appointment
information including Subject/Location/Start Time/Ending Time. My older
version of Outlook allowed me to print out this listing. However, I have
been unsuccessful in finding a way to print out this type of listing with the
Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 software.

at a loss as to the problem I am incurring trying to print out the list of

I think I may have discovered the problem, but I don't know how to fix it.

My Outlook calendar shows 2 folder sources (personal and archive). The
folder marked "personal" has the appointments added to the calendar after
June 2008, which is the month I bought my new laptop with the Office 2007
software loaded onto it. The "archive" folder contains the Outlook calendar
information that resided on old laptop.

I discovered that I can pull up a list of coded appointments and print out
any of the appointments dated after June 2008 (i.e., those appointments that
are stored in the "personal" file). I can see older appointments on the list
(i.e., anything before June 2008 and stored in the "archive" file), but I
can't print out those appointments.

Is there a way I can retrieve the archived appointments so they could be
saved in the personal foler? Or do I have to manually enter each appointment
that currently resides in the archived folder and type it into my Outlook
2007 calendar so the appointment would be saved in the personal folder?

does it happen for every installed printer?

1. if you select and view the archive folder, you should be able to print
it.
2. switch the archive calendar to By Category view, select all and either
drag or use Edit, move to folder to move them to the main calendar folder.

As you recommended, I moved all calendar items previously residing in the
"archive" folder to the "personal" folder with some progress to my initial
problem.

Now I can search my calendar and produce a listing of ALL appointments in
the calendar. I can print out this listing of ALL appointments (it totals 12
pages with hundreds of appointments).

However, if I try to reduce my search perameters and produce a listing of a
particular category of appointments, I can't print out this selective
listing. For example: I searched my calendar using the category
"Travel/Vacation". The search produced a listing of my appointments labeled
as "Travel/Vacation" but I can't print out this listing.
