How to I junk email on behalf of someone else but not the relayer

Issue is the email account I get is from a pop server.

From: Relayer@ on behalf of Sender@.

Outlook 2003 junk email filter doesn't seem to allow me to set the following
Sender@ to junk, and only recognises the Relayer@ as the sender which is not
what I'd like.

How do I do this?

Thanks in advance.

create a rule that if the header contains sender@ that the message is
deleted.
