How to I get style specific graphics to show up online?

I cant get my button graphics or banner or backround to show up when I post
my web on my webspace. It just comes up as a red X. Where are the actual
image files for these styles (im using the waves style) so that I can put
them in the folder and they show up when others view my page.

You must publish the _derived folders in your web. These folders are
permanently hidden in FrontPage, but will be published if you use
FrontPage to publish your web.
Since they are hidden folders, they may also be hidden in your FTP
client, if that is what you use to upload, if so set Windows Explorer
to show hidden files and folders.
