How to hide the last user's name at login?

Hello,

I am using XP Pro but I have turned off the Welcome screen login prompt to
the standard login prompt. But I don't like the way it always display the
last user that used the computer. Is there a way to turn it off so that
when you go and login, the name field is always blank??

Greetings

Start > Run
enter secpol.msc
OK

then in the Local Security Settings Windows browse in the left pane
Local Policies > Security Options

Then in the right pane look for Interactive logon: Do not display last user
name
double click it and select Enable
