I have contacts with e-mail addresses, and they have fields like "full name"
and "file as" and for the e-mail address "display as".
When they send me e-mails, their display name is shown as the actual e-mail
address they are sending from. For example this is often a student e-mail
account where the e-mail address is some combination of the user's initials
and their student ID number, e.g. (e-mail address removed).
If I already have their e-mail address in my contacts, is there any way to
configure Outlook to do kind of a "check names" on the incoming mail so that
in my inbox it shows me the e-mail as coming from, say, "Claire" as opposed
to ch429104?
Thanks-
