how to get rid of "failed to initialize properly error (0xc0150004

Hi everyone,

I hope you can help solve this annoyance in my computer. I have quickbooks
2005, when I run it, it will always display the error "failed to initialize
properly (0xc0150004)" click ok to terminate.

How could I get rid of this error? Please help.

You may want to contact Intuet for help, question, like other software
packages their are bugs in the applications, have you updated quickbooks?
Download the update manually. If Intuet tells you that you need to purchase
an upgrade, tell them that this is unacceptable, then I would consult an
attorney.
