How to get rid of -----> â?T please?

S

Steve Walker

Hi there -

When browsing the web with MS IE 6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.030422-1633 I find
that the text on some pages is garbled with strange symbols.

This example should read "...Now that really is a 'human right'.... "
but appears as "...Now that really is a â?~human rightâ?T...".

This doesn't always happen, many pages render ' correctly, but this â?T
thingy turns up regularly. Language is set to English UK, default font
to Arial.

Any suggestions gratefully appreciated!

Use the Encoding setting. Auto-Select or force Unicode (UTF-8)
(e.g. Alt-V,d,...)
