Word 2000 or 2003: When printing a document designed for duplex output, with
sections that have even and odd footers (or headers) defined, how can I
force word to print the even page (say p. 2) associated with its odd page
(say p. 1) when there is no data for p. 2? That is, I still need the header
or footer copy for the empty even page. Of course I could put a page break
in but I don't want this to be a manual effort of course. Thanks.

Wow ... thanks for the workaround ... it works but it sure ain't pretty.
Hope MS is building a new property in the obj model to handle this...
