how to fix error 0x800CCC3E

i have a roadrunner email account. When i try to set it up though it keeps
saying send/recieve error 0x800CCC3E. How do i fix this?
 
Sorry, this newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product
that's part of Office Professional.

You might be able to get an answer if you repost to one of the newsgroups
associated with the mail client you're using (Outlook? Outlook Express?).
