How to find the true location of a file, when you click on a link

Is there a way to know exactly where a file is hosted on the net? Im
trying to download an indie music file, but the link to the file, isnt
actually the mp3 itself but rather some intermediate thing

ex.

The link will start to download the mp3 file, but I would like to know
where the file is so that I can download it using a download manager
(GetRight is a shareware program for people trying to download large
files via 56k modem)

Is there any way to know where the file resides once it starts
transmitting?

Thanks!
Ben

Sometimes no. This is because the website author doesnt want folks to
direct link to the file for download.
