Not only that, but every company I have talked to that offshored a project
has been completely dissapponted with the results. No (or very poor)
communication, language barriers, time zone differences, quality of product,
change management... the list goes on and on. I would rather see H1 visas
then offshoring.

I used to think there were laws in the US to prevent this kind of suicidal
