How to find out which process is access external websit

I got my firewall alerted that one of my windows 2003 server keep access
72.247.247.xxx address every 5 minutes, but I can not find which services
cuase this, is there any way to find out which process cuase that?

netstat -b -o -n <retry-timeout>
