Can't Access one Website

Hi, I hope this is the right forum. Anyway, about a week ago, I suddenly
stopped being able to access the website www.loc-cod.org. It says "cant not
find server." I can access every other site on the internet perfectly fine. I
tried turning of my firewall, but it didnt help, any ideas?
