How to Export Outlook Express Account Settings ---> Windows Mail, on different Comps

I have a dozen email accounts setup in OutlookExpress on an old machine, How
do I transfer these Account Settings (not messages) to a new Vista machine ?

Tools | Accounts
Click the account and select Export. Remember where you tell it to put the
IAF file because that's what you want to import into Windows Mail.
