How to export and import a complete Active Directory???

Hi,
I'm just wondering, if there is a way to export the
entire active directory to a file and then import it
elsewhere? We are planning to move all active directory
accounts/data from one secluded domain to another
quickly. There is no connection betweeen the two
networks.

Any tools, urls, Any help would be great.
