how to enlarge the mailbox

Hi, just got a warn message, how to enlarge the mailbox, is it only allow 2
GB? Thansk.

That message isn't from Outlook but from your ISP/mail admin. Contact them
about your limits.

I'll bet you leave copies of incoming messages on the server. To clean out
old messages, use your ISP's web mail interface to connect to your mailbox
and delete some of the old stuff.
