how to enable rollback

hi am tryin to install a hp printer and it wont install the software until i
enable rollback how do i do this i am using win xp pro

This is probably the result of a policy setting with regards to the
Windows Installer utility. You need to amend your policy settings to
allow Windows Installer to save the rollback information during the
install.
