problem with XP requesting a disk to load trayapp.msi on start up

can anyone help, I had to rollback my system amd after this on start up i get
an installation box for trayapp.msi come up multiple times. I haven't ever
tried to install any tray apps and to make amtters worse while moving the
sticker with my product key was lost love for someone to tell me if XP has a
file with the key logged in the system and where to look previous op systems
used to just haven't found the file in this one yet. love any help to solve
these thanks in advance

Actually it is shown as TrayApp.msi. Put in your HP printer software install CD and
you will find TrayApp.msi. on there. Install it to fix your issue
