how to enable Netbios over tcp/ip

I have some Xp clients and a 2000 server as DNS Server and PDC,
when I join these Xp clients to my PDC, some will be success in joining in , but one failed
what's the problem? Could anyone help me?
I'm from China mainland.

also mentions NetBIOS over TCP/IP.

Unlikely to be related to NetBIOS over TCP/IP. More likely to be a DNS
problem. All servers and workstations should specify *only* the internal
AD-integrated DNS server's IP address in their network settings. The
AD-integrated DNS server should be set up with forwarders to your ISP's DNS
servers for external resolution. See
