How to enable Internet sharing Access for Proxy server user to non Proxy server user on the same dom

OS = Win XP-Pro
My colleague having the Internet access through Proxy Server, can he share
his Internet access with other user on the same domain? How?

(As I'm occationally logon to the same domain would like to have handy
Internet access).

On your colleague's machine, open IE. Click Tools/Internet Options. Click
the Connections tab/LAN Settings button. This will show you the proxy
server settings you need to enter on your machine in order to get Internet
access.
