Logon for Internet

Users access Internet var proxy server. After loging on the domain, sometime
a logon window pops up when a user launches IE. After logging on, he can
access Internet. Or after re-loging on PC, user will be back to normal. How
to solve this problem without re-logging on PC? Thanks.

This will depend upon the nature of the proxy server, and of the network in
general. I'm not familiar with "Internet var proxy server".
# If the computer is on a domain, and the proxy server is AD compliant, the user
can be setup to authenticate automatically and transparently.
# If the computer is in a workgroup, and the proxy server is not workgroup
sensitive, the user will probably have to authenticate every time.
# Any other combination of factors may result in other consequences.
