How to Enable Dial-Up in Guest Account?

I'm using XP Pro. Now the "Connect" option on my Guest account's connection menu is grayed out, so I can't connect to the Internet using existing connection. Please assist me on enabling this connection in my Guest account. Thanks.

The Guest account cannot make a dial up connection by
design. The security within XP won't allow this
operation. The only was the Guest can use a Dialup is if
it's established by another non-guest user and then using
Fast User Switching. Again this needs a slight tweak to
work.
