Guest acct not working

I have an XP Pro workstation connected to a Windows Server 2003 server. I am
trying to use the Guest account to login to the PC. When I try the guest
account of the Workstation (not the domain login) I get a message that says

The Local Security Policy does not permit you to login interactively

The Guest Acct is enabled.

Why can't I login as guest?

Hi,
Try this on the computer you receive the error message:
1. Start / Run, type gpedit.msc
2. Open Computer Configuration/Windows Settings/Security Settings/Local
Policies/User Rights Assignment
3. Locate "Deny logon localy"
4. Open the key and remove Guest account
