how to enable control panel display

Hi,
Can't change the display properties. Insufficient right.
Well now I just got admn right and still can't.

where do I go to enable the control panel display now that
I have admn right?

This is company PC, HP P3 windows 2000 pro

I'd like to change the image background, so I need to acces
the diplay properties from control panel which I can't
because of restricted acces, now the I have admn right and
still can't open it, where do I enable the control panel
for a user on the PC?

may be your pc have managed under network policy.
I think your corp. IT Dept. disable control panel.
you need ask your System Administrator or IT Manager.

If this isn't right please post again with your PC details.
(Model Name, Model Number, Installed Utility, etc.)

Yeh Way at the top , go too the Control Panel and at the

top all the way over theres a little squre Box called Views
click on that Box and you can Display the control panel
with Large icons small ones or whatever you like
