How to enable attachment Drag and drop in outlook 2007

In outlook 2000, I could drag an attachement to a folder without having to
"save-as". Outlook 2007 is not letting me do this.

Is there a way to enable this function in outlook 2007
 
Drag & drop still works still works in Outlook 2007.
What happens when you try?
What kind of attachment are you trying to drag & drop?
