How to edit a hyperlink when the name is wrong?

ID numbers were used to creat the name of the hyperlink and some were wrong.
When I corrected the numbers, I could no longer open the hyperlink.

Not only do you need to change the display name, but you need to change the
hyperlink underying it. If you have a bunch, you can do it with code.
