how to dock the Formatting Toolbar permanently for writing emails.

Could anybody tell me how to dock the formatting toolbar permanently instead
of going to view->toolbars and then check the formatting. If I do so, it only
lasted the session I was on. Then when the PC is switched off/on, I have to
go to view->toolbars and check the formatting again. So, is anywhere I can go
to set this up and keep this formatting toolbar on all the time?

Outlook is run from my laptop but linked to a exchange server with a domain.

You will need to speak to your IT Department as this sounds like it has been
set in the group policy which would explain why it goes back to default after
rebooting/logging off.
Does this also happen with other settings i.e background etc... as your IT
department might of set you up with a mandatory profile which stops you from
keeping any changes ?

Please let me know how you get on.
