How to do a manual download?

We would like to use computer #1 to download the current
pattern for the MS AntiSpyware Tool so we can put it on a
CD and run it on computer #2 which is so messed up it
cannot get to the Internet.

Question: Is it possible to download the pattern files
somehow? Or should we just copy them from one PC to the
other?

It is not possible to just download these files.

Open Program files / Microsoft Antispyware
Copy these 2 files to PC nr 2.

gcThreatAuditThreatData.gcd
and
gcThreatAuditScanData.gcd
