How to differntiate between normal user and administrator

Hi,
I am using Windows 2000 server. I have created 10 users
among of which 5 has administrator rights. I am developing
an application in which i want to differntiate normal
users and administrator users. Is there any API which will
help me to do so?? or is there any othere way to do this
thing?? please help me...
