How to detect if there is already a RAS connection

Hi All

Is there a way to detect if there is already a RAS connection to the
Internet? I need to determine this programmatically (using Delphi)

You can use RasEnumConnections API provided by the RasApi32.Dll. It is
documented in MSDN.
