How to deploy security patch across the network automatically?

I need help on finding a solution. With the recent virus
and the patch released by Microsoft, it became obvious
that we need to find a solution to install security patch
fast and automatically accross our network. We have about
200 workstations (a mix of Nt 4 and windows 2000) and our
servers are NT 4. I don't want to walk to all of those
worstation and install security patches.

Is there a way, to deploy patches / installation to all
worstation on our network (on our lan, we need to be
carefull since we are part of a Wan also).

Any help on how to do it, or a link on a possible solution
would be appreceated.
