how to delete vpn?

Not sure what you mean - VPN with your computer as a host? VPN connection to
another network?
 
Both, vpn with a host computer and vpn connection from a
notebook to the host computer. Is it possible?

You can disable VPN/RRAS/inbound access on the host computer....and you can
delete the VPN connection on the notebook.
 
Thanks for the advice! Would you please show me where to start these actions?
