how to delete the trial ware antivirus

i have a problem ,i cannot completely delete the trial ware antivirus that i have installed in to my computer.but iv'e already remove it from control panel,program files. but its still there in control panel it can't be deleted. please help me how to resolve this problem?.because everytime i tried to reinstall my old version of antivirus,its always says-installation cannot continue because a newer version is already installed.i need a step by step instuctions to resolve this problem..please..please help me...

Did you delete it instead of uninstall it?
Reinstall it then go to Add/Remove Programs and then uninstall.
OR
Contact the manufacturer and follow their directions.
